Abstract
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı KKTC Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı İlköğretim Dairesi’ne bağlı kamu ilkokullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin zaman yöntemine ilişkin görüşlerini saptamaktır. Öğretmenlerin zaman yönetimi ile ilgili görüşlerinin belirlenmesi, öğretmenlik mesleğinin doğası gereği önem taşımaktadır. Çünkü öğretmenlerin planlama, örgütleme, yönlendirme, koordine etme, denetleme gibi bazı fonksiyonları kendi işleri ya da içinde bulundukları eğitim örgütlerinin işleri için uygulamaları, zaman yönetimi açısından önemlidir. Okullarda eğitim-öğretim etkinliklerini gerçekleştirmek için verilen süre sınırlıdır. Öğretmen bu sınırlı süreyi amaca uygun, etkili ve verimli kullanmak durumundadır. Bunu gerçekleştirmek için de zamanı etkili kullanabilmeli, yönetebilmelidir. Zamanın etkin kullanımı; eğitim kurumlarının amaçlarının gerçekleşmesini, verimliliğin artmasını sağlayacaktır. Abstract
The main objective of this Research is to determine the views of the public elementary school teacher teachers in the Department of primary education of the Ministry of education of TRNC.Determining the views of the teachers time management is due the the nature of the teaching profession. Because functions such as planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling are very important on applying of educational organizations for the time managment. Schools education-training activities are limited by the given time to perform. to accomplish this teachers should use their time effectively and efficiently.
