Abstract
Çevrimiçi öğrenme platformlarının muhasebe stajyerlerinin sınav başarısı ve eğitim süreçleri üzerinde nasıl bir etkisi var? Aday meslek mensupları, staj sürecinde çok yoğun çalıştıkları için Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik (SMMM) mesleki yeterlilik sınavlarına çalışmak için yeterli zaman bulabiliyor mu? Zihnimizi meşgul eden bu araştırma soruları doğrultusunda hipotezlerimiz; online eğitim platformlarının muhasebe stajyerlerinin sınav performansını olumlu yönde etkilediği, asgari ücret ve altında çalışan meslek mensubu adaylarının kurs ücretlerini karşılamakta zorlandığı, demografik bilgilerin bu çerçevede çok önemli olmadığı ve meslek örgütlerinin online eğitimleri usta-çırak ilişkisine dayalı gönüllülük esasına göre düzenlemesinin mesleğin gelişimini de pozitif yönde etkileyeceği yönündeydi. Bu çerçevede bu çalışmada, çevrimiçi eğitim platformlarının motivasyon, sınava hazırlık ve genel öğrenme deneyimi üzerindeki etkilerini inceledik ve bu amaçla bir anket yapmaya karar verdik. Araştırmamızda nicel yöntemi benimsedik ve 126 muhasebe stajyeri ve meslek mensubuna 25 soruluk bir anket uyguladık. Verileri SPSS ve AMOS 22 programları ile analiz ettik ve değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemeye çalıştık. Bulgular, çevrimiçi öğrenme platformlarının SMMM mesleki yeterlilik sınav başarısını olumlu yönde, buna karşın özel platformların yüksek finansal maliyetlerinin sınava hazırlık sürecini olumsuz yönde etkilediğini ve katılımcıların demografik özellikleri ile sınav performansları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığını ortaya koymuştur. Bu bulgular araştırmamızın ana hipotezlerini desteklemektedir. Araştırma sonuçları, daha erişilebilir ve uygun maliyetli çevrimiçi öğrenme çözümlerine duyulan ihtiyacı ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca, TÜRMOB ve Odalar gibi meslek örgütleri tarafından sunulacak ücretsiz ve gönüllü platformların muhasebe mesleğinin gelişimine katkı sağlayabileceği düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
What impact do online learning platforms have on the exam success and education processes of accounting trainees? Do candidate professionals find enough time to study for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) professional qualification exams because they work so hard during their internship? In line with these research questions that occupied our minds, our hypotheses were that online education platforms positively affect the exam performance of accounting trainees, prospective professional members working at or below the minimum wage have difficulty in meeting the course fees, demographic information is not very important in this context, and that the organization of online education by professional organizations on a voluntary basis based on the master-apprentice relationship will positively affect the development of the profession. In this framework, in this study, we examined the effects of online education platforms on motivation, exam preparation and overall learning experience and decided to conduct a survey for this purpose. We adopted the quantitative method in our research and applied a 25-question survey to 126 accounting trainees and professional members. We analyzed the data with SPSS and AMOS 22 programs and tried to determine the relationships between the variables. The findings revealed that online learning platforms positively affect the SMMM professional qualification exam success, whereas the high financial costs of private platforms negatively affect the exam preparation process and there is no significant relationship between the demographic characteristics of the participants and their exam performance. These findings support the main hypotheses of our research. The research results reveal the need for more accessible and cost-effective online learning solutions. In addition, it is thought that free and voluntary platforms to be offered by professional organizations such as TÜRMOB and Chambers can contribute to the development of the accounting profession.
