Abstract
Bu makale Arap dili anlambiliminin konularından “ızmâr fî mahalli’l-ızhâr" adı verilen beyanî üslubun Kur'an-ı Kerim’deki kullanımlarına dair bir araştırmadır. Belagat âlimleri söz sanatlarından biri olan bu üslubu eserlerinde epeyce detaylı bir şekilde incelemişler ve “el-ızhâr ve'l-izmar”, “el-ızhâr fi-mahalli'l-ızmâr”, “el-ızhâr fi mevzıı'l-ızmâr”, “el-‘udûl an'il-ızmâr ile'l-ızhâr”, “el-ızhâr fi makami'l-ızmar” vb. pek çok terim kullanmak suretiyle bu konunun önemine, faydalarına ve müfessirlerin bunu bilmeye olan ihtiyaçlarına işaret etmişlerdir. Makalede öncelikle bu konuda kullanılan kavramların sözlük ve terim anlamları açıklanmış, sonra "el-ızhâr fi mahal'li- ızmâr" terimi ile tam olarak ne kastedildiği üzerinde durulmuş, mukteza-yı zahirin dışına çıkılması kapsamında konunun belagat yönünden amaçları ve beyanî incelikleri irdelenerek Kuran-ı Kerim’de konuya örnek teşkil eden ayetler, müfessirler ve belagat âlimlerinin görüşleri çerçevesinde incelenmiştir.

Abstract
This article is related to the usages of declarative wording named as "ızmar fî mahalli'l-ızhar" which is one of the topics in Arabic semantics. Arabic rhetoric scholars have worked this style that is one of the figures of speech and using lots of terms such as "el-ızhâr ve'l-ızmar”, “el-ızhâr fi-mahalli'l-ızmâr”, “el-ızhâr fi mevzıı'l-ızmâr”, “el-‘udûl an'il-ızmâr ile'l-ızhâr”, “el-ızhâr fi makami'l-ızmar” they pointed out to the importance , usefulness and commentators' need to be aware of this topic. İn this article, primarily, it has been explained the lexical and terminological meaning of the notions used in this topic, and then, dwelled on what exactly meant with the term "el-ızhâr fi mahal'li- ızmâr", and following, the epitomic verses in the Holy Quran have been examined within the frame of views of commentators and Arabic rhetoric scholars after being studied the aims and declamation details of the topic within the context of getting off necessity of situation.
