Mediating effect of ‘’job satisfaction’’ between ‘’role ambiguity’’ and ‘’turnover intention ‘’and moderating effect of employee adaptability between ‘’role ambiguity’’ and ‘’job satisfaction’’ have been tested. 281 employees working in different sectors in Turkey have been contributed to the study.
