Abstract
Üçüncü Sanayi Devriminin getirisi dijital teknoloji ile internetin yaygınlaşması sonucu oluşan sanal organizasyon, günümüzde Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi sonucu farklılaşıp, büyük bir gelişim göstererek Hizmetlerin İnterneti adını almıştır. Aynı zamanda Tekno Yönetim yapısını oluşturan bu kavram; sanal tedarik ve üretim, sanal sipariş ve dağıtım hizmetleri, sanal eğitim ve teknik destek, sanal pazar araştırması ve raporlama, sanal satış ve sanal tanıtım organizasyonlar, sanal turizm faaliyetleri gibi kavramlardan oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan literatür taraması yapılarak Sanayi 4.0'ın gizilgücü Tekno Yönetimin yapısını oluşturan Hizmetlerin İnterneti kavramı, aynı zamanda Tekno Yönetimin alt yapısı olan Sanayi 4.0 ‘ın teknolojik faktörleri ile analiz edilmiş, oluşum nedeni, önemi, özellikleri, oluşum süreci, örgütsel yapılanması ve bu yapılanma için etkin modeller ve uygulamalar ele alınmıştır.

Abstract
The return of the Third Industrial Revolution the virtual organization formed as a result of the spread of the internet through digital technology has become different as a result of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and has developed a great Internet of services. At the same time, this concept of Techno-forming a management structure; supply and virtual manufacturing, ordering and distribution of virtual services, virtual training and technical support, research and reporting, virtual Sunday, virtual sales and virtual promotional organizations, consists of concepts such as virtual tourism activities. In this study, the concept of Internet of services, which constitutes the structure of Industry 4.0's hidden power techno management, was analyzed with the technological factors of Industry 4.0, which is also the infrastructure of techno management, and the reason, importance, characteristics, formation process, organizational structure and effective models and applications for this structuring were discussed.
