Abstract
Bu çalışmada Osmanlı gündelik hayatını farklı perspektifler ile ele alan Mintzuri, Horvath ve Hamsun’ın eserlerinin belli temalar doğrultusunda karşılaştırılması ele alınmaktadır. Mintzuri’nin İstanbul Anıları 1897-1940, Horvarth’ın Anadolu 1913 ve Hamsun’ın Hilalin Altında adlı eserleri gündelik hayatta insanların eylemlerini ve düşüncelerini anlamlandırmamızı sağlayacak toplumsal gerçeklikler sunmaktadır. Oysa tarih kitapları büyük anlatılara odaklandıklarından bireylerin gündelik hayat pratiklerini göz ardı etmektedir. Bu doğrultuda çalışmamızın amacı hem bu değerli yazarların Osmanlı dönemindeki deneyimlerinden yararlanarak kitapları tarihin tozlu raflarından çıkarmak hem de birbirinden farklı ideolojilere sahip yazarlarımızın o dönemdeki gündelik hayata bakış açısını karşılaştırarak sunmaktır. Metinlerdeki ortak konular doğrultusunda çalışma dört tema çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Bunlar Osmanlı toplumundaki milletlerin çeşitliliği, giyim tarzı, dini yapı ve kadın bedenidir. Bakış açısının deneyimleme ve yazım sürecini etkilediği çalışmanın sonucunda ortaya çıkmıştır. Hamsun etnosentrik bakış açısıyla Osmanlı’daki gündelik hayatı değerlendirirken, Horvath Turancılık ideolojisiyle ve Ermeni kökenli Osmanlı vatandaşı olan Mintzuri kültürel görecelik perspektifiyle değerlendirmiştir.

Abstract
In this study, the comparison of the works of Mintzuri, Horvath and Hamsun, which deals with the Ottoman daily life with different perspectives, is examined in accordance with certain themes. Mintzuri's İstanbul Anıları 1897-1940, Horvarth’s Anadolu 1913 ve Hamsun’s Hilalin Altında present social realities that enable us to understand the actions and thoughts of people in everyday life. However, since history books focus on great narratives, they ignore the daily life practices of individuals. In this direction, the aim of our study is to take the books out of the dusty shelves of history by benefiting from the experiences of these valuable writers in the Ottoman period and to present and compare the perspective of our writers with different ideologies to everyday life in that period. In line with the common issues in the texts, the study was handled within the framework of four themes. These are the diversity of nations in Ottoman society, dress style, religious structure and women's body. As a result of the study, it was found out that the point of view affects the experience and writing process. As Hamsun evaluated daily life in the Ottoman Empire with ethnocentric perspective, Horvath evaluated Turanism ideology and Mintzuri, an Ottoman citizen of Armenian origin, evaluated perspective of cultural relativism.
