Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى رصد فاعلية المنحى التكنولوجي في المشاغل المهنية، والفوائد والمكتسبات التي يمكن أن يحققها توظيف التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية، فنتيجـة للتقدم التكنولوجي والمعرفي شهد العالم تطورات وتغيرات متلاحقة ومتسارعة فـي جميع جوانب الحياة المختلفة، وقد أدى ذلك إلى البحث عن مناهج وطرق تدريس جديدة، يمكن من خلالها حل المشكلات التي تواجه البشرية المعاصرة، وكان طبيعيا أن يتجه التعليم والتدريب المهني إلى التشجيع على استخدام التكنولوجيا في مؤسسات التعليم المهني بهدف تحويلها من مجرد ادوات وآلات الى نمط تّفكير، وبالتالي زيادة قدرات الطلبة وإمكاناتهم التقنية، وانعكس ذلك في تحويل المشاغل والمختبرات التدريبية في مؤسسات التعليم المهني إلى مشاغل ومختبرات تعتمد على احدث الوسائل التكنولوجية، وذلك بهدف أن يحقق التعليم والتدريب بالنسبة للطلبة الكفايات والمهارات المهنية والتقنية التي تمكنهم من مواكبة حالة التطور المعرفي والتكنولوجي مما يضمن لهم قدرة مهنية عالية في سوق العمل. ويمكن لهذه الدراسة التي اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أن تحقق الفائدة للعاملين في المجالات المهنية من مؤسسات أكاديمية ومشاغل ومختبرات وأماكن عمل.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the technological trend in the Vocational workshops, its benefits and the gains that can be achieved by the use of technology in the educational process. As a result of technological and cognitive progress, the world witnessed successive developments and changes in all aspects of life, This has led to the search for new curricula and methods of teaching which help to solve the problems facing contemporary humanity, and it was expected that vocational education and training to encourage the use of technology in vocational education institutions in order to transform them from just a tools and machines to a thinking style, and Thus increasing the capabilities of students and their technical potential. This is reflected in the transformation of workshops and training laboratories in vocational education institutions into workshops and laboratories based on the latest technological means. In order to achieve education and training for students competencies and Vocational skills and technology that enable them to keep abreast of the state of knowledge and technology developments, Thus ensuring a high vocational capacity in the labor market. This study, which adopted the descriptive analytical approach, can be useful For Vocationals in academic fields, workshops, laboratories and workplaces.
