Abstract
Ebussuud Efendi, Osmanlı’nın zirve yüzyılının büyük şeyhülislâmlarındandır. Otuz yıllık meşihat hayatı boyunca muhtelif konularda verdiği binlerce fetva ile birçok önemli meseleyi çözmüş, bakış açılarını belirlemiş veya değiştirmiştir. Divançe oluşturacak kadar da şiir yazmış olan Ebussuud Efendi birçok manzum fetvasının yanı sıra dil ve edebiyatla ilgili değişik konularda da ilginç fetvâlar vermiştir. Bunlar onun şair kişiliği ve üslûbuyla ve bazen de mizahi biçimde şiir ve şairin çeşitli yönlerini değerlendirdiği fetvalar olup şiir ve şairliğin bilinmeyen yönlerine ışık tutmaktadır. Onun manzum fetvâları üzerindeki çalışmalarımız ayrıca devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmamızda ise dil ve edebiyat sahasında vermiş olduğu fetvâlar kendi içinde tasnif edilerek şiir ve şairlerin çeşitli yönleriyle ilgili olanlar incelenip tanıtılmıştır.

Abstract
Ebussuud Efendi is one of the great sheikhul Islams in the peak century of the Ottoman Empire. Throughout his thirty-year life, he solved many important issues with his thousands of fatwas on various subjects and determined or changed their perspectives. Ebussuud Efendi, who wrote poetry enough to form divançe, wrote many verses fatwa; in addition, he has given fatwas on issues related to language and literature. These are fatwas where he evaluates various aspects of poet and poetry with his poet personality and style, and sometimes humorously, and sheds light on unknown aspects of poet and poetry. We are also working on his verse fatwas currently. In this study, the fatwas that he gave in the field of language and literature were classified within himself and those belonging to the aspects related to poets and poets were examined and introduced.
