Abstract
Okullarda öğretilmesi gereken en temel değerlerden biri olarak görülen sorum-luluk, “kişinin kendi düşünce, duygu ve davranışlarını tanımlama ve düzen-leme yeteneğinin yanı sıra; tercihlerinin ya da bireysel ve sosyal açıdan yap-tıklarının sonuçlarına ilişkin hesap verilebilirlikte isteklilik” olarak tanımlan-maktadır. Bu araştırmada da amaç, Mergler (2007) tarafından geliştirilen Kişi-sel Sorumluluk Ölçeği (KSÖ)’ni Türkçe’ye uyarlamaktır. Çalışma grubunu 346 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Yazardan gerekli izinler alındıktan sonra ölçeğin Türkçe’ye çevirisi yapılmıştır. Gerekli işlemlerden sonra ‘dene-melik form’ hazırlanmış ve uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlik, güvenirlik çalış-maları için AFA ile DFA ve cronbach alpha iç tutarlılık katsayısına bakılmıştır. Yapılan AFA sonucunda üç faktörlü bir yapıda olduğu belirlenen ölçeğin top-lamda 11 maddeden oluştuğu görülmüştür. Toplam varyansın % 52.135’ini açıkladığı ve öz değerinin % 6 olduğu görülmüştür. AFA’ya ilişkin modelin doğrulanması için DFA yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizlerde x2/sd (2.79) oranı mükemmel uyum göstermiştir. DFA’da uyum indekslerine bakılmış ve RMSA .70, GFI .94, AGFI .90, RMR .70, SRMR .06 ve CFI .87 değerlerinin ölçeğin geçerli bir yapıda olduğunu göstermektedir.

Abstract
The responsibility that is seen as one of the most basic values that should be taught to schools is defined "the ability to define and organize one's own tho-ughts, feelings and behaviours; as a willingness to account for the consequen-ces of their choice or personal and social well-being ". The purpose of this re-search is adapting to Turkish the Personal Responsibility Scale (PRS) develo-ped by Mergler (2007). The working group is composed of 346 university students. After obtaining the required permissions from the author, the scale was translated into Turkish. After the necessary procedures, a 'test form' has been prepared and implemented. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Explo-ratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coeffi-cients were examined for validity and reliability studies of the scale. As a re-sult of the exploratory factor analysis, it was observed that the scale had a to-tal of 11 items which were determined to be a three-factor structure. 52.135% of the total variance explained and the eigenvalues was found 6%. In the con-firmatory factor analysis, the resulting structure was tested. CFA was conduc-ted to confirm the model for EFA. The x2/ sd (2.79) ratio showed excellent ag-reement in the analyzes made. In the CFA, compliance indices were examined and RMSA .70, GFI .94, AGFI .90, RMR .70, SRMR .06 and CFI .87 values were found to be valid.
