Abstract
Kültürümüzün birer parçası olan yöresel halı örneklerine müzeler ve özel koleksiyonlardan ulaşmak mümkündür. Bu örnekler üzerinden yayınlar da bulunmaktadır ancak örneklerin az olması yapılan bu çalışmalardan elde edilecek sonuçlarını da sınırlandırmaktadır. Akademik çalışmaları derinleştirecek yeni yöresel örneklere ulaşmanın bir yolu da eski halı ticareti ile uğraşanların koleksiyonlarında bulunan halılar üzerinde yapılacak çalışmalardır. Ege Bölgesi’nin sayılı halıcılarından, Manisa’nın Turgutlu ilçesindeki Özer Halı Kilimcilik sahibi Orhan Özer, Türk halı sanatının yöresel örneklerinden oluşan geniş bir koleksiyona sahiptir. Kırşehir ve Mucur Halıları da bu koleksiyonun önemli parçaları arasındadır. Bu çalışmada örneklerinin oldukça az sayıda olduğu ve bilgiye ulaşmada zorluk çekilen Kırşehir ve Mucur halılarıyla ilgili yeni örneklerin literatüre kazandırılması ve araştırmacılara kaynak oluşturmada katkı sağlanması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma literatür taraması ile birlikte yerinde inceleme ve belgeleme yöntemi kullanılarak oluşturulmuştur.

Abstract
It is possible to reach many samples of local and provincial carpets in museums and private collections, which are an essential part of our traditional culture. There are also various publications on these fine samples. But since the number of samples are few, the conclusions to be drawn from these studies are no doubt somewhat limited. One way to go around this limitation is to reach to the carpet collections of those traders, who deal in the old and antique carpet trade and study those samples in detail. Mr. Orhan Özer, the owner of ‘Özer Halı Kilimcilik’ (Özer Carpet and Kilim Co.) based in Turgutlu province of Manisa city has one of the best and most comprehensive Turkish provincial carpet collections in the country. The Kirsehir and Mucur carpets constitutes one of the most important sections of this wide collection. Our main purpose in this study is to document new and unseen samples of these rarerly found Kirsehir and Mucur carpets, in order to provide a field of documentation and analysis for future researchers. Our study has been conducted with a literature research, analysis and documentation-catalogueing of the Kirsehir and Mucur carpet samples in the collection itself.
