Abstract
Bu çalışmada ekip oluşturma süreci ve ekip çalışmasında liderin etkinliği incelenmiştir. Lider, grup üyelerini toplayarak, bu üyelerle amaçlarına uygun bir yol izleyen kişidir. Liderlik de, iletişim çok önemlidir. Bu yüzden de iletişimin kuvvetli olduğu bir ortamda liderin amaçlarına ulaşma süreci daha verimli olur. Antrenör açısından liderlik, sporcularını yönlendiren, onlara rehberlik etme şeklinden kendini doğru bir şekilde gösterebilmesidir. Takım sporlarında etkili liderler, takım başarısı için çok önemli kişilerdir. Takım sporcularını, takım için gereken diğer kişileri( yardımcıları vs.) ve tüm organizasyonlara katkıda bulunarak takımı başarıya götürmesidir. Takımın başarıya götüren, performansı yüksek tutan, ileriye dönük planı yapan ve bu hedeflere ulaşmak için organize eden kişi antrenörlerdir. Bunun sonucunda antrenör, grubun süreçlerini etkileyen kişi olarak ortaya çıkar. Sporda liderlik diğer alanlara göre önemi daha fazladır. Takım sporlarında görev yapan antrenörlerin, sporcuların performanslarını ve iş tatminlerini arttıracak ve takım içerisinde bir bütünlük oluşturacak liderlik davranışları ortaya koymaları son derece önemlidir. Takım sporlarında başarıyı sağlamak için grup lideri olarak antrenöre ve bu başarıyı elde edebilmek için oyunculara gereksinim duyulmaktadır. Takım sporunu çalıştıran antrenörlerin, takımın oluşma süreci içinde liderlik davranışlarını nasıl bir düşünme modeli ile geliştirdikleri bu çalışmanın temel amaçları arasında yer almaktadır.

Abstract
The leader is the person who collects the group members and follows the path appropriate for their purpose. In leadership, communication is very important. So, in an environment where communication is strong, the process of reaching the leader's goals is more efficient. Leadership in terms of coaches is that they can show themselves correctly in the way of guiding and guiding their athletes.Effective leaders in team sports are very important for team success. Team athletes are to take the team to success by contributing to all the organizations and other people needed for the team. The trainers who take the team to success, keep the performance high, make the prospective plan and organize to reach these goals. As a result, the coach emerges as a person who influences the process of the group. In tha sport, leadership is more precious than other areas. In this study, examining the process of team bulding and effectiveness of leader in team work were purposed. It is extremely important to clarify that coaches working in the team sports, makes improve performance and job satisfaction of athletes and performing leadership behavior to form a unity within the team. In team sports coach as a group leader is needed to ensure success in team sports and also players need to be able to achieve this success. Trainers running the team sports, how they develop their leadership behavior with a thinking model in the process of formation of the team is among the main objectives of this study.
