Abstract
Muhasebe meslek mensuplarının özellikle kamuda karşılaştığı sorunlar ve beklentilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada, Erzincan ili sınırları içerisinde faaliyet gösteren muhasebe meslek mensuplarının mesleki faaliyetlerini sürdürürken karşılaştıkları sorunlar tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Muhasebe meslek mensuplarının, kamudan (Maliye) ve meslek odalarından beklentileri ortaya konularak, karşılaştıkları sorunlara çözüm önerileri getirmek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, Erzincan ili sınırları içerisinde faaliyet gösteren Muhasebe Meslek Mensuplarının (Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavir ve Yeminli Mali Müşavir) bir anket çalışmasıyla sorunları ve kamudan beklentileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada 40 adet meslek mensubuna, 5’li likert ölçeği kullanılarak 28 adet anket sorusu yöneltilmiştir. Anket sonuçları değerlendirildiğinde, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının kamu kurumlarından (özellikle maliye) ve diğer kişi ve kuruluşlardan kaynaklanan birçok sorunla karşı karşıya oldukları görülmekte
