Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilköğretim 1. 2. ve 3 sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitaplarında bulunan metin ve görselleri spor ve boş zaman aktivite çeşitleri açısından incelemektir. Bu araştırmada 2013- 2014 eğitim öğretim yılında okutulan MEB 1, 2 ve 3. sınıflarda hayat bilgisi ders kitabındaki spor ve boş zaman teması içerik ve nicelik bakımından betimsel tarama yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Birinci sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitaplarında boş zaman aktivite çeşitlerine daha yüksek oranlarda yer verilmiş, spor branşı olarak ta futbol, daha fazla görselde yer almıştır. İkinci sınıf hayat bilgisi ders kitabında spor 2 ayrı başlık, boş zaman aktiviteleri de 6 ayrı başlıkta yer aldığı görülmüştür. Spor ve boş zaman aktivitelerinin ayrı bir başlık olarak ele alınması önem arz etmektedir. Boş zaman aktivitelerinin hem sözel olarak hem de görsel olarak çeşitlerinin fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the texts and the visuals in terms of sport and kinds of leisure time activities which are contained among the books of elemantery education’s 1st, 2nd, and 3rd classes school books of knowledge of life / life information lesson. Within this study sport and the theme of leisure time activities taught among the school book of knowledge of life / life information lesson in the academic year of 2013 and 2014 had been evaluated with descriptive scanning method in respect to content and quantity. The highest rates for leisure time activities among the school books of knowledge of life / life information lesson are belong to 1st class school books and about visuals given more place to football than others. Sport has been represented with two and the leisure time activities with six seperate titles among the school book of knowledge of life / life information for 2nd classes.
