According to FAO data, China, Italy, New Zealand, Chile, Greece, and France have an important place in the world kiwifruit production. Turkey ranks the seventh with 2% of the world kiwifruit production. In recent years, the demand for kiwifruit in Turkey has reached up to 40-50 thousand tons/year. Approximately 30-45 thousand tons of the demand is produced within the country, and around 5-10 thousand tons is imported from other countries. Turkey's share in kiwifruit accounts for 1% of the production. These figures indicate there are some troubles in the production and consumption balance of Turkey regarding supply. The problem stems not from the lack of production areas, but low productivity. In addition, 45% of kiwi production in Turkey is provided Yalova province, otherwise, 14%, 11% and 5% are Rize, Ordu and Samsun Province, respectively. This study aims to investigate producers' problems related to kiwi farming in Rize province, which used to lead kiwifruit production but experiencing a decline in recent years, according to the data of TURKSTAT 2012-2016. For this purpose, 100 households were interviewed face-to-face in 2017. According to the results of the study, as the number of individuals, the size of kiwi farming land, and the price of kiwifruit increased, the yield of kiwifruit was found to increase as well. It was also found that the increase in kiwi farming knowledge of the households and the product insurance increased the yield of kiwifruit. As a result, studies should be conducted on giving the producers courses on expanding kiwi farming fields and the benefits of product insurance in order to increase the kiwi yield in Rize province.

In the structuring and presentation of a course at the level of graduate, undergraduate and associate degree in higher education, the Course Information Package is prepared for each course in the framework of the Bologna Process. Course Information Package; it is a necessity to achieve the targeted success of the course to be done basically by being planned, programmed and planning the future. Unplanned and unscheduled, the success level of the works is usually low. People, businesses, institutions and countries can reach their short, medium and long-term goals faster and more effectively when they act in a planned and programmed manner. In our study; how to plan and implement a lesson in order to achieve its desired goals and objectives, and how to increase success by targeting the ideal. While the Course Information Package is being prepared; The aim of the course is to determine the aims, objectives, boundaries and content correctly. In the course; teaching methods to be used, class dominance, class dominance and motivation of the learner to be taught in dialogue. After the presentation, it was evaluated that the evaluation of the students with appropriate assessment and evaluation methods would increase the motivation of the student. Classroom management and the basic elements of the lecturer-student relationship are emphasized. Who is the good teacher? The answer was sought. As an application, an example of Accounting course is emphasized. The lessons are evaluated by classifying them as independent or interrelated subjects. The accounting course has a structure in which the subjects are connected and the topic that is processed every week is reinforced so that the next subject can not be learned. For this reason, while the Course Information Package is being prepared, the learning stages of the subjects must be correctly identified and ordered. Otherwise, there will be confusion in the teaching and learning of the course. These steps make it necessary for students to have daily and weekly work in order to be successful. In the courses where this and similar techniques and learning are gradual, the student must come to the new course knowing the previous topics. Otherwise, the level of comprehension will be negatively affected by the student every week. In our country, it has been determined that success in technical courses where subjects are interconnected and gradual is generally lower than other courses.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational identification levels and proactive behavior levels of teachers working in kindergartens. In this study, the predictor correlative (relational) research model was used from the correlational research models to determine the relationship between organizational identification levels and proactive behavior levels of kindergarten teachers. The study group of the research was composed of a total of 218 kindergarten teachers working in 43 Independent Kindergartens in the provinces and districts of Kocaeli in the spring semester of 2016-2017 academic year. The research data were collected by the "Organizational Identification Scale" adapted to Turkish by Yetim (2010) developed by Van Dick (2004) and the "Proactive Behavior Scale" adapted to Turkish by Cerit & Akgün (2015) developed by Griffin and et all (2007). As a result of the research, the perceptions of the kindergarten teachers relevant to the organizational identification are "high" while their perceptions relevant to the levels of proactive behavior are "very high". It was no significant difference to teachers' perception of organizational identification and proactive behavior levels related to occupational seniority variable and age variable. This research showed that, according to the opinions of kindergarten teachers, there is a positive and moderate relationship between their levels of organizational identification and their proactive behavior. As a result of this research, it has been found that organizational identification is a significant predictor of proactive behaviors.

The three-movement instrumental piece sinfonia was used as an introductory instrumental movement to precede the Italian opera in the Baroque period (ca. 1700) which did not necessarily have a musical relationship with the opera itself. The sinfonia was played like a string quartet. It was merely used to get the audience’s attention. The preeminent Baroque composer J.S. Bach took this approach to a further level where he has integrated the introductory sinfonia with the inner movements of some of his cantatas. However, the first movements of Bach’s harpsichord concertos are quite longer and bigger in the formal structure compare to Scarlatti’s İtalian opera overtures which shows Bach’s progressive approach to sinfonia. In this study we examine some of Scarlatti’s Italian Opera overtures as well as some of Bach’s harpsichord concerto movements where he used them to serve as sinfonias in some of his Leipzig church cantatas including BWV 169, 49, 146, and 156.

Atabeg is a concept that has come to fruition from the union of Turkish ancestors and beg words. This word first emerged in the Seljuk period and the person who first used this title was Nizamülmülk. In the Seljuks it is understood that your ATABEG is a very big task and then a high title. According to the sources given by all the sources about the Seljuks, while the sultans were distributing various parts of the territory of the state to their family members for administration, they still assigned an atabeg to their young children with their guardianship and morality. These atabeks were chosen from the loyal and mighty commanders in the old and influential oguz lords or in the sultan's memorials. The statement that the nickname "Ash Tigin's Horse" in the Orhun Inscriptions means "atabey" has been studied. Because we can say that the establishment of the Atabey was also in the eastern Turkish states before Islam. This institution which we see in all the signs of the Seljuk Empire was seen in other Turkish states after that. There is no definite evidence that the Atabeylik institution is in Karahanlılar and Gazneli. In the Ottoman Empire, this institution continued to take the lala name. The lala word is responsible for looking after the child of the Persian master, meaning servant and slave. Lalas are those who are interested in the education of the elders, the high-ranking officials, the gentlemen, the children of the rulers, who are responsible for all their education and teach them management. The lala continued to be similar to that of the former military establishment.. In this study, we will try to investigate in terms of comparative history that the title of paternity and pestilence and institution is taken only by Turkic institutions or from other states.

This research aims to examine the relationship between metacognition levels and problem solving levels of university students. Relational screening model was used in the study. Its population is comprised of students studying in İnönü University during the spring semester of 2017-2018 academic year. Simple random sampling method was used while determining the sample. In order to determine students' metacognition levels, it was used the Metacognition Scale-30 (MCQ-30), developed and originally named "Meta-Cognitions Questionnaire (MCQ)" by Cartwright-Hatton and Wells, and developed a 30-item short form (MCQ-30) by Wells and Cartwright-Hatton in 2004. In determining problem solving skills was administered "Problem Solving Skills Scale", originally developed by Heppner and Petersen and adapted to Turkish by Şahin, Şahin and Heppner. Data were tested using parametric analyses, namely Independent Samples T-test, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis, along with descriptive analyses. Significance level was taken p <.05. According to the findings obtained in the research; there was no significant difference between the students’ overall scores regarding their metacognition levels and problem-solving skills in terms of sex, mother’s educational attainment and father’s educational attainment variables. As for the grades they study in, it was found to be a significant difference regarding their metacognition levels; however, there was no significant difference between their problem solving scores. In terms of the faculty they study at, there was no significant difference between the overall scores for metacognition levels; however, there was a significant difference between their problem solving scores. A significant difference was found between the total scores of metacognition and problem-solving in terms of ‘the number of the books they’ve read’. There was no significant difference between the overall scores of metacognition in terms of “whether they keep up of the publications related to their major”, except two subscales ‘Cognitive Confidence’ and ‘Cognitive Self-Consciousness’. A significant difference was found between the overall scores of problem-solving, as well. A positive relationship was observed to be between students' overall scores regarding metacognition level and problem solving skill level.

As is known, the physical geographical conditions of any region lead to the distribution of the population living in that region, the establishment and development of settlements, economic and transportation activities. It should not be forgotten that the relationship between man and nature is reciprocal. As a matter of fact, human activities bring with it many problems like air, soil, water pollution, erosion, destruction of vegetation cover which cannot be reversed on natural environment. The intense and unconscious use of existing natural resources, an increasing population, and the ability to meet increasing demands with rapidly evolving technology, causes damage that is impossible to repair in nature (Esen,2016:176). Therefore, thinking of an unmanned physical geography is the biggest mistake to be made in this regard. While explaining the human-environment relationship in Çaldıran Plain and its surroundings, firstly, information about the settlement, population and economic activities of the research area was given; then the relation between general land use, human and topography, climate, hydrography, soil and vegetation is discussed. In addition, problems arising from the characteristics of the natural environment in the research area are also mentioned

In the present article, Abdulbari es-Sinobi’s rebuttal in his work called Hayat al-Qulub against Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi’s assertion “Pharoh died a believer” is addressed. Ibn Arabi authored the work entitled Fusus al Hikam and penned that work after Rasool Allah’s (The messenger of Allah), who Ibn Arabi saw in his dream, suggestion that “It is the book Fusus al-Hikam. Take it and get it to people to benefit from it.” In the abovementioned book, Ibn Arabi asserts that Pharaoh died a believer, by the statement that “Allah seized Pharaoh’s soul being spotless and pure of any sin. This is because Allah seized Pharaoh’s soul as he believed, before he committed any sin.” Sinobi criticized severely those claims of Arabi and judged him as unbeliever in the first volume of two volume manuscript Hayat al-Qulub. In the present study, Sinobi’s work Hayat al-Qulub is analyzed and these results are obtained: According to Sinobi, there are many verses in 22 surahs (chapter) of Quran al-Karim revealing that Pharaoh is among mufsid (corruptive), those falling into delusion, sinners, those behaving arrogantly on earth, transgressors, and kaafirs (unbeliever) and those staying eternally in Hell in the afterlife. All those verses and more are unambiguous proof that the evil Pharaoh is one of the kaafir and damned people both on the earth and in the afterlife and he will be absolutely among wrong-doers and those who will suffer in the severest way in the afterlife. Hence, nobody but heretics and those who do not know Islamic aqaid (doctrines) can assume Pharaoh to be a believer. It is explicit for Islamic imams and scholars who have the knowledge of sharia and provisions of shariah that: One asserting that the evil Pharaoh was a believer rejects no-doubt the Quran, accepts the contradiction in Allah’s word, set aside the basics of Islam, and becomes, like the kufr (infidelity) of Pharaoh and of his tribe, one of kaafirs, liars, and those falling into delusion. So, may Allah’s, angels’, and all the mankind’s curse be upon him. This is because he demolished the religion building constructed unshakably, and rejected the proofs found by reasonable and absolute principles. By these explanations, Sinobi, on the one hand, claims that Pharaoh did not die a believer, and on the other hand, judged Ibn Arabi, who asserts that Pharaoh died a believer in his work Fusus al-Hikam, as unbeliever.

Begining of Economics science is accepted as 1776 according to history of economics. In 1776 Adam Smith published his famous book “Wealth of Nations”. With this great book Smith presented a very realistic economic system vision for Western countries. The name of this new economic system was Capitalism and the engine of this system was “self-interest”. Sociology was founded as a formal academic discipline at the end of 19th century in Europe. The leading sociologists like Tönnies, Simmel, Durkheim and Weber was frightened and excited by the rapid urbanization, industrialization, scientific revolutions, technological advances and rising rationalisation which were taking place in Europe. These leading sociologists were making researches which were mainly based on “social relations”. Capitalism, modern economics and sociology entered Ottoman society with Tanzimat Reforms. However, there were no educated, rational, reliable and calculative individuals to realize industrialization and capitalism in the Ottoman society. In this study, the birth of capitalism, economics and sociology in Europe is historically evaluated. Besides, introduction of capitalism, economics and sociology to Ottoman society is shortly discussed.

After the imprisonment of free officers, Egyptian foreign policy concentrated on Arab nationalism politics, trying to establish an influence on the Arab world against imperialism. Especially during the Nasser period, Egypt became a political instrument in the geopolitical sense, being a center of the Arab world, and on this account Egypt defined itself as a bridge between the international and regional states system. For this reason, Arab nationalism was used as a political tool to provide adequate support in the Middle East against imperialism. The economic and military dependence of Egypt during the Nasser period was recorded in the Eastern bloc from the Western bloc. This was the basic foreign policy of Egypt during the Nasser period. However, this foreign policy ended with the death of revolutionary leader Jamal Abdul Nassir. Enver Sadat came to power after Jamal Abdul Nassir. Along with Enver Sedat's leadership in the country, the change in Egyptian foreign policy manifested itself. As a result of this change, Egyptian dependence is recorded in the Western bloc from the Eastern bloc. For this reason, relations between Egypt and the United States were reorganized. Later on, Sadat set new policies to reshape the Egyptian economy with a Socialist structure. With this new policy, which is defined as a policy of opening, the Egyptian economy was tried to integrate with the international liberal economy . In short, Sadat Egypt was eager to have a liberalized economy. On the other hand, Egypt's security approaches have been transformed. As a result of such a transformation, a peace treaty was signed between Israel and Egypt, thus ending the perceived threat between the two sides. But this peace agreement between Egypt and Israel, the Egyptian Ar [*] caused the world to be in its place.

There are always risks involved in the operation of the transport, storage or use of dangerous goods. What is important here is to analyze each point that will create a risk by separating the risk categories from the entrance to the exit of the hazardous material by determining the risk priorities according to the violence and its effects that will occur when the explosion occurs. With the increase in the number of dangerous goods carried around the world, it has become even more important to understand the basic concepts of transport, storage and handling of dangerous goods by all members of the supply chain to reduce the risks associated with these activities. The Maritime Safety Committee adopted recommendations on the safe transport of dangerous cargos distributed through MSC / Circ.675 and related activities in port areas at its sixth session (5-9 December 1994). The International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code issued by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) has been developed as a single international code for maritime transport of dangerous goods. Since January 2010, 34-08. The IMDG Code, as amended, extends the training requirements to include coastal staff involved in the transport and storage of dangerous goods for sea transport. The focus of this article is on the installation and application phases of the tank terminal fire safety system within the Hopa Port emergency action plan of the fire safety measures to be taken against the risks of fire and explosion which dangerous cargoes handled or stored in the ports will be brought into action.

While Vakidi is regarded as a master in the field of siyar, most of the hadith scholars have seriously criticized him. On the basis of the criticisms directed to him lies the transmission of narrations contrary to the rules of transmission of the hadith. Some accused him of inventing hadith, while others accused him of lying. Although the first hadith writers such as Ahmed b. Hanbal, Bukhari, Muslim, and Abu Davud criticized him harshly the narrations of Vakidi are seen in the books of these hadith writers. These narratives sometimes take place in the common sened and sometimes in the common text. Seeing Vakidi is such a weak and unreliable narrator, why are his narrations taking place in the book of the hadith writers. According to our opinion hadithists and critics they accept Vakidi's narrations as problematic narratives because they evaluate the narrations with the criticism system they apply to hadiths.

Today, individuals with schizophrenia in the category of mental disorders are the ones that are most exposed to stigmatization. Pleasing results are obtained in the treatment day by day. However, pharmacological treatment alone is not enough. In addition to medical treatments, psychosocial treatments are also needed to ensure that patients achieve a complete well-being and regain their pre-disease quality of life. In this study, it was aimed to examine the quality of life of schizophrenic patients followed-up by Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) according to their stigma levels and to gain information about their current situation. Our study is important in terms of the adoption and development of new approaches besides pharmacological treatment. Having information about the current state of the patients will shed light on suggestions for solutions that can be developed. Accordingly, 105 schizophrenia diagnosed patients who agreed to be applied a scale and are able to be communicated, followed-up by Esenyurt CMHC between December 2017 – February 2018, were included in our study. In addition to the socio-demographic data sheet, "World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Short Form" and "Internalized Stigma of Mental Illness Scale (ISMI)" were applied to the participants of our study. Data was analyzed and interpreted using t-Test, ANOVA and regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS. When findings in our study were compared with stigma and quality of life hypothesis tests, it was revealed that as the level of internalized stigma in schizophrenia patients increased, their quality of life, overall health status, physical health status, mental health status, social relations status and social circle decreased, which is in line with the literature. With these results, it may be suggested that patients with schizophrenia should be assessed from a social service point of view, which aims at ensuring that every person lives a dignified life, and the number of CMHCs fighting with the stigma can be increased. In addition to medical treatment, patients can also be supported by psychosocial approaches to improve their current quality of life.

The interface exists to enable people to communicate with machines, and this communication has become a major need in most areas such as defense, health, service and education. It is possible to meet this need correctly and to establish communication with the machines more effectively, by developing highly usable and well-designed interfaces. Design and usability are improved through the long testing processes that involve users before interfaces are presented to the end user. A good user interface allows users to fulfill their tasks by encouraging an easy, natural and engaging interaction between the user and the system. In addition, a good user interface will be created as a happy customer, which will increase the sales of the company. Poorly designed and poorly usable interfaces are used by the users to learn slowly. Complex and difficult-to-use interfaces can harm large companies that supply work, work, employers and the interface by turning into big problems that people complain about.Interfaces that become an important tool in the society need to be highly utilized and properly designed so that they can be accepted by users and used effectively. It is investigated in this research how to design a good interface and what benefits it provides with increased design.

Dogville is the most important example of this movement of director who takes provocative movies where the cinematic catharsis is pushed back into the background. The Dogtooth film, which is influenced by the Dogma 95 movement and shot by Greek director Yorgos Lanhtimos, is considered one of the most important examples of the new wave Greek cinema. These films which have provacative cinema aesthetics take a stand aginst to classical narrative cinema with their shocking and game changer features they created in the audience. In this article, writer Angelos Koutsourakis plumbs the depths of Von Trier and Lanthimos in their narrative and formal dimensions, crossing their cinematic conception in depth with reference to other films of the directors.
