Halide Edip questionizes marriage, love, woman-man relations in her works; Seviye Talip (1910), Handan (1912) ve Son Eseri (1913). Ayşe Kulin’s novel Handan, published in 2014, is the last book in author’s serial which had started with Gizli Anların Yolcusu in 2011. It could be easily seen that Kulin has been inspired from Adıvar when writing Handan. On the other hand, Marxist approach focus on the relationship between literature and social conscious and defines it as reflection of reality. In addition, some Marxist critics base literature on relationship between productive forces and evaluate it as a field where reality is produced. The author relies on ideology when creating his work and carries reality to the text. That is, as reflection of social conscious, literature is nourished and empowered by the ideology. This, in turn, requires analyzing author-ideology relationship. The author first evaluates the reality, and the carries it to the text via</description>
