In cinematographic narrative which is mainly considered as a visual art the sound dimentions has always been ignored. The reason for that is the mentality of considering the sound is an element attached mechanically to visual one; but cinematographic creations having their narrative (representation and expression) quality possess the narrative building seen and evaluated as a sound art. In filmic texts, the sounds and images by attaching mutually the dimentions of their specific senses on each other bring about sense multiplication, even sometimes play a key role. In cinematographic narratives that are installed on relative balance which is in a complex interaction with the relations between image and sound, the sound are structured through 3 planes as being structural, functional and semantics. In this study, taking the absolute spatial and temporal dimentions of functional plane, the way of audiovisual setup is examined.
It is a pathetic fact that on today’s speedily globalizing world, many archaic or otherwise old cultural traits are destined to get extinct. Since long ago, it is a nostalgic craving to encounter nice old-fashioned objects or old-fashioned ways and means, somewhere. Being nice let alone; some primitive techniques also possess utilitarian values, as witnessed in war times. Old cultures also harbor mysterious artifacts like the Tuareg veil, for instance. On the other hand, new cultures are also getting continuously built, sometimes even artificially. Even though old cultures are worth appreciation per se or in the light of historical grounds; their negative and incompatible-with-the-day aspects should be adapted to the times, while virtuous sides should be preserved.

Nietzsche says, "Take the language seriously". We do not enter into the conflict of "practice" and "theory" as we move into the era where one has broken on the theory of language upside down when the language has served more as a means of persuasion. The fact that the from the comparison there appear much more important results, leaves such a simple assessment in the shade. The "language" the sophists have served as a means to earn money is only a superficial in reality. This means that a "speech", which focuses on persuading the addressee, depending on the time and place can show changes in spite of everything. Instead, the truth should be one and can withstand against time and place. At this point Russell has determined that, a language which is perfect and not vague, from a logical point of view, is not suitable for everyday conversation. But which of these uses (ideal language and the language of the speaker) should be "taken seriously"?
