In the Quran, Sura Josepf is different from other suras with its privileged aspect. This article focuses on the "most beautiful story" (ahsene'l-kasas) expression in it, rather than an interpretation of the surah. It is an essay on his analysis. Whether this statement basically refers to the beauty of Joseph or the beauty of the sura will be investigated. While making use of the commentaries, the subject will be dealt with more generally, and the roots of the issue will be pointed out in terms of human history. In fact, the subject has two theoretical and practical aspects. This article, which deals with its theoretical aspect, will primarily be based on the development of eye and ear or hearing and vision opposition throughout human history, and what it means in the context of the Qur'an in general and the Surah Joseph in particular. Geographically, in the East-West divide of the world, the West's fondness for the eye and the visual, and the East for the word and auditory emerges as an inevitable necessity. In fact, the starting point of the sacred texts of the three religions (Torah, Bible, the Quran) is based in the Middle East. Therefore, it will be based on the fact that the Quran is a verbal and auditory text, and therefore an ear-based text. The subject, which will be detailed in the light of modern disciplines, will be approached with maximum benefit from the data of "narratology" (narratology) and semiotics, especially anthropology. As it can be seen in the end, in the Qur'an, both the Prophet Joseph and the Surah Joseph, in which his experiences are told, has a remarkable structure with its privileged aspect, and perhaps it will be shown as a unique example.

An artwork contains in itself style (form) and content (concept) collectively. Style refers to the external reality of a work while content refers to the meaning conveyed. In an artwork meaning or in other words content is what comes first. As content becomes a visible form, style can thus come to life. In due course relationship between style and content has also evolved according to cultural changes in societies thereby leading to inevitable formation of novel contents and novel styles. As for art, content concept stands before us as; topic, theme and meaning. When the same topic is treated by different artists it is only natural to see the emergence of different styles. Within the limits of Style - Content relationship art education is built onto an education system where idea is centralized. Rather than the topic of structure to be built, the reason why it is formed gains value. This study thus aims not to reconstruct the definition of style (form) and content (concept) relationship from the past to present day but rather aims to analyze the reflections of this teaching on students taking ceramic art education through relevant samples.

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the reaction time of female handball players and the ball throwing velocity data in accuracy and non-accuracy goal shooting. Female handball players participating in the study (n= 12), an average of 53.08 ±36.5 times senior and young nationals, 12.08 ±2.2 years of sports age, with an average age of 22.91 ±2.4 years, it was formed from the athletes of a team in the Turkish Handball Super League in the 2005- 2006 season. Body weight, height, simple reaction time datas and ball throwing velocity datas in accuracy and non-accuracy goal shooting were measured. The normal distribution of the data was analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk test. Descriptive statistical analyzes (mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum) were performed. Pearson Correlation test was used to examine the relationship between variables because the data show parametric properties. All statistical analyzes were made using the SPSS 17.0 package program. The level of significance was initially considered as p< 0.05. As a result, a negative significant relationship was found between simple reaction time and ball velocity in accuracy throws (r = -, 603; p = ,038) (p< 0.05). It was observed that there was no statistically significant relationship between the ball velocity values in non-target goal shooting. It is thought that the finding that the ball velocity values in accurate shots will increase as the reaction time values decrease will contribute to the performance of goal shooting in handball. For this reason, it is recommended that physical education teachers and handball trainers frequently include the planned reaction time exercises in line with the mentioned findings and the information in the literature.

CHANGING PARADIGM, DIGITALIZING AESTHETIC ONSCIOUSNESS

Aim of the research to reveal the appearance between capitalist and informationalist paradigms under the influence of philosophy of the metamorphosis process of a single construction (tower form) because of paradigm changes. In this context, Pieter Bruegel, Vladimir Tatlin, Nam June Paik and Cecil Balmond et al. are the main figures exemplifying the changing aesthetic consciousness in the digitalization process. By tracing the paradigm changes through the works of these artists, the reasons and fundamental dynamics of change in art history, social structure and philosophy are examined. While the reflections of the form in art history are examined in the triangle of ancient-modern-postmodern (digitization), the feudalism- capitalism- informationalism triangle of the social order, which both triggers the change and is one of the main reasons, and the totalist, modernist and mobilist (postmodern) structure of the intellectual base are analyzed mutually. A series of tower paintings, first described by Bruegel, have become an icon illustrating people's attempts to reach heaven. On the other hand, the idea of the utopian universe, which underlies the totalist thought, finds objective reality in a single hand, in the design of the ideal world that has its roots in Plato (the world of ideas). But the fluid reality of the 21st century; It is characterized by the slippery floor phenomenon, in which the peak point constantly changes and arises from digital consciousness, even though the tower form survives. Nietzsche, Deleuze and Foucault are the philosophical representatives of this fluid reality. Studies put forward in this context are also in spiral form formally and in a fluid experience of reality in terms of content. In the new paradigm, knowledge (technology-based knowledge/ information) moves to its former position from the moment of its emergence (market), and the existential self must constantly renew itself.

This study, which deals with a subject related to language and interpretation together, has emerged in response to research that deals with the issue of morphology in the Qur'an in a haphazard way. Therefore, we see some morphological studies that deal with the verbs in the Quran and the changes and derivatives of these verbs with their parts. However, these studies focus only on morphology (consumption), without mentioning the relationship between the change of structures and the interpretation of the verse. Perhaps we can clarify the situation by saying that these studies are only linguistic. This study was carried out to associate the morphological subjects with the interpretation of the verse and to explain the eloquent and artistic features in it

The reasons that make people travel are considered as travel motivations. In general, it can be said that the motivations that direct people to travel are fed by recreation, entertainment, health, education, belief or work-related reasons. The Covid-19 pandemic refers to a period in which travel is restricted and reduced. Travel craving can be defined as the presence of a strong desire to travel during the non-travel period. In the study, it was aimed to determine travel craving and travel motivation of individuals in the Covid-19 period, where travel is restricted. In this context, 465 people were reached online. As a result of the analysis, it is noteworthy that the travel craving levels of the participants during the Covid-19 period were generally below average.
The philosophy of history expresses a knowledge of method that works on how to interpret historical knowledge. The fact that the mere existence of historical knowledge is not enough to make sense of history has revealed the need for the field of philosophy of history. In this context, it cannot be said that the developing philosophy of history is a common and valid method that has reached a consensus on the interpretation of historical information and evidence. However, it is out of the question for the philosophy of history to operate with such a reductionist and singular method. The philosophy of history includes the method that develops theories on how to interpret historical knowledge in the most accurately and philosophically discusses these theories. The interpretation of history is as important as the existence of historical evidence. In this context, the importance of the interpretative (hermeneutic) method within the philosophy of history should be explained, because history, which is a discipline within the human sciences, cannot be comprehended only by the direct transfer of documents. In other words, history requires a method different from natural sciences due to its essence. At this point, the method of the interpretive philosophy of history should be explained and its importance in the science of history should be emphasized.

Although local governments have developed before and after the republic, today's local governments have generally not been able to fully integrate with citizens and central government, for this purpose, this problem has been tried to be solved with the new law by changing the law that has been in force for years, but it has not been successful. Our country, which has applied for membership to the European Union and is currently in the waiting room of the union, should focus primarily on local governments to join the union. The way to join the European Union is through local governments. The more integrated and democratic the local government is, the more welfare and happiness of the citizen will be. All these efforts should start locally and move towards the center. Local government, which is relatively smaller than central government, sets an example for central government. The central government should evaluate and put on these efforts of the local government and should be a whole with its citizens, make it feel that it exists for it, and should keep in mind that it should keep people alive in order for them to live.

Interpretation of the Most Blessed Qur’an is the interpretation of Sheikh Ali Bapiir. One of the contemporary leaders in northern Iraq. Who wrote and authored many books to service the Islam, and this interpretation is one of his most prominent works, in which he deals with the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an and the interpretation is printed, and he pondered on topics in which there have been many opinions since ancient times, such as copying and magic and the Israiliyyat and issues of the sciences of the Qur’an, the causes of revelation, the Meccan and the Madinan. we see, it is worth mentioning that we present it to students in Arabic, and explain in it how he was transfer from interpretations, and how he taken from valuable books, and began his opinion of what he wanted to say about it, and chose from the hadiths what his words would be documented with, and he left what some scholars held if he found that it contradicts the Qur’an and the Sunnah. The interpretation begins with the explanation of Surat Al- Fatihah, then Surat Al-Baqara, but before that he clarifies the surah in general which surah is it? And its position? And how many verses does the sure consist of, and what are the general outlines in it, and how are they? And he answers the questions so that this interpretation, which was originally in the form of educational and guiding lessons, has become a book for readers and students. In the end, the conclusion was where the researcher wanted to know the student’s personality of Sheikh Ali Bapiir and to shed light on his interpretation, his method and showing his scientific value.

In this study, the paternal function, which is included in the bilateral relation between mother and child, was examined according to psychoanalytic theory. In addition to this, while the real father of the child creates the gical father, the preschool education creates a symbolic father for the child. The regulatory role of both the real father and the symbolic father with preschool education in the child's ability to regulate emotion and switch to pretend play were examined. Considering the social dimension as well as the intervention of the real father in the development of emotion regulation and pretend play skills in the bilateral relationship between the mother and child, it was thought that preschool education could intervene and regulate these skills by intervening with the symbolic father function. In the research, the concepts related to the subject were brought together and a literature review was conducted. In this direction, the aim of the study is to regulate the emotional regulation and pretend play skills of the child when the child starts school in the bilateral relationship between the mother and the child, when the real father is not included in the relationship or is not included by the mother, by replacing the school's father function. In this way, the importance of focusing on programs for children to receive preschool education in the early period was emphasized.

The First Eighteen Couplets of Mevlâna’s Mesnevî, also known as Neynâme, has attracted a lot of attention since the day it was written and has been a source of inspiration for many works. Although there are many academic studies about Neynâme, almost no study has been done on the “use of item language" in the work. Based on this situation, in this article, we have found it appropiate to compare the story of Handan Acar Yıldız, one of today's writers, named Oud Pain, and Neynâme in terms of “subject, theme and item language”. In our article, firstly the originals of the works to be compared were given and then the method of comparing the two works was started. Since the works are not indepented of their authors, the life stories of the authors are included and the similarities and differences are listed. Again since the works are not indepented of the literary environment and period in which they were written, the differences and similarities of the literary environment and periods in which the works were written are listed. Based on the concepts in the works, similarities and differences between the two works in terms of subject and theme were revealed. Then, similarities and differences between the two works in terms of the “item language” were examined by considering the methods of using the “item language" in the works. Finally, the result from this comparison is summarized. At the end of study, it was seen that the most in tense similarity between the two works was in terms of “subject, theme and item language”. The weakest similarity was observed in terms such as “the authors, the literary environment and period in which the work was written". As a result, it was understood that there were important similarities between the two works.
