Intra-party democracy in political parties is an inevitable issue in pluralist and participatory regimes. Unless oligarchic tendencies and pressures on political parties are eliminated, intra-party democracy cannot be mentioned at all. In order for the implementation of democracy by restructuring the political parties, the essence of intra-party democracy must be comprehended. By reconsidering the decision-making mechanisms, such as organizational structures of political parties, member and delegate systems, party administrations and methods of nomination, it should be paved the way for the democratization of the political regime. As in all democratic institutions, leadership has an important role in political parties. Leader attitudes and behaviors vary according to her/his political culture and consciousness, education level, economic condition and his/her commitment to democratic values. Therefore, the level of democracy in intra-party differs by the power of the leader.

The aim of this study is to reveal the experiences of senior year preservice teachers attending education faculties during the rapidly developing Covid 19 pandemia, which has wreaked havoc across the whole world. The research data were collected by establishing contact with 11 male and 13 female senior year preservice teachers attending different departments of the education faculty of a state university in Turkey via e-mail and telephone. Case study, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. A general evaluation of the study reveals that pre-service teachers have developed common personal and professional concerns in the pandemic process, have adapted to it even though they could not benefit from distance education as much as they expected, and look to the future and their profession with hope despite the adversities they have experienced. Considering the results, it may be suggested that alternative plans be designed for such pandemic situations, which will require an interval in education, especially for prospective teachers who are soon to graduate.

The problem of subject of Cartesian philosophy is based on the legacy of the theological understanding that sees human as a combination of soul and body. Undoubtedly, Cartesian philosophy transfers this legacy to modern philosophy in a secular way. Accordingly, as far as human is concerned, the problem is no longer about his divine salvation but rather what he is. The answer given this question is the basis of the human view of modern philosophy and the Enlightenment. The problem of human is answered with the concepts of "reason" and "thinking". This answer of modern philosophy evaluates human in a general pattern. However, man is a being that has a life and his visible forms are unique to every single person. This deficiency of modern philosophy is criticized by romanticism. The concept of life of romanticism is not an absolute opposition to the general design of modern philosophy about human problem. Romanticism shows us that the general characteristics that define human beings are visible in individual person. Therefore, the question of what is human is cannot be answered without considering personal differences. In this study, the traces of Romanticism's reduction of the problem of human to the problem of person are sought around the concepts such as life and freedom, and the general design of human is examined in what way it transcends.
