Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, İşe Cezbolmaya yönelik çocuk gelişimcilerinin görüşlerini değerlendirmektir. Elâzığ ve Malatya’da farklı kurumlarda görev yapan 36 çocuk gelişimci araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada, kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veri elde etmek için vignette tekniği ile hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulanmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, çocuk gelişimcilerinin görev yaptıkları kurumlarda işe cezbolmayı olumsuz yönde etkileyecek etmenlerin çoğunlukta olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu etmenlerin başında meslek tanımın açık olmaması ve kendilerine yönlendirilen çocukların ailelerinin bilinçsiz olması gelmektedir. Ayrıca bir başka sonuca göre, çocuk gelişimcileri mesleklerini anlamlı bulmaktadırlar. Onlar için görev yaptıkları meslek sevgiyi, kutsallığı ifade etmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to determine the child development professionals opinion about work engagement. The sample group of the research consists of 36 child development professionals working in different institutions in Elazığ and Malatya province center. In the research, convenience sampling method was used. A semi-structured interview form prepared with the vignette technique was used to obtain data. Data were analyzed using content analysis. According to the results obtained from the research, it has been determined that the factors that will negatively affect the employment of child development professionals in the institutions where they work are in the majority. At the beginning of these factors are the lack of clear definition of the profession and the unconsciousness of the families of the children referred to them. In addition, according to another result, child development professionals find their profession meaningful.
