SUÇ ETİYOLOJİSİ PERSPEKTİFİNDE SUÇLULARA YÖNELİK ALGININ DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: ADIYAMAN ÜNİVERSİTESİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract
Çalışma, ön lisans Özel Güvenlik ve Koruma Programında okuyan öğrencilerin ve Özel Güvenlik Sertifikasıyla görev yapan Özel güvenlik personelinin suçlulara karşı yönelimlerini ve suçluya karşı bakış açıları arasındaki farklıklarını araştırmaktadır. Çeşitli nedenlerle suçu işleyen kişilerin yapmış oldukları eylemin toplum tarafından nasıl algılandığı, suçluların topluma kazandırılması açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Dolaysıyla suçun nedenlerinin (etiyolojisi) derinlemesine araştırılması, suç-suçlu bağlamının anlamlandırılması açısından toplumsal bir öneme sahiptir. Bu bakımdan, suçluya karşı geliştirilen tutum farklılıklarının değerlendirilmesinde özel güvenlik eğitiminde alınan eğitim içeriklerini önemli kılmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, suçun etiyolojik özelliklerini çeşitli ders içerikleriyle alan özel güvenlik ön lisans öğrencilerinin ve özel güvenlik personelinin suçluya karşı tutumlarını değerlendirmek ve arasındaki farklılıkları ortaya koymaya çalışmaktır. Dolayısıyla çalışma, suçun etiyolojik edinimiyle suçluya karşı geliştirilen tutum farklıklarını ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir. Bu bağlamda Adıyaman Üniversite’sinde okuyan ve çalışan özel güvenlik gruplarının tam sayımı yapılarak daha önce güvenirlilik ve geçerliliği test edilmiş “Suçlulara Yönelik Algının Değerlendirilmesi Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulguların sonuçları oluşturulan hipotezlere göre analiz edilmiştir. Bu analizlerde cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmazken, yaşa, eğitim durumuna ve özel güvenlik eğitiminin alındığı kuruma göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda bu farklılıkların nedeni suçun etiyolojik özelliklerinin alındığı müfredat dersleri ile ilişkili olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The study investigates the differences between the determination of the orientation of the students studying in the Associate Degree Private Security and Protection Program and the Private Security personnel working with the Private Security Certificate against the criminals and their perspectives against the criminals. How the society perceives the actions of people who commit crimes for various reasons is of great importance in terms of reintegrating the criminals into society. Therefore, in-depth investigation of the causes (etiology) of crime has a social importance in terms of making sense of the crime-criminal context. In this respect, the content of the training received in private security training makes it important to evaluate the differences in attitudes towards the criminal. The aim of the study is to evaluate the attitudes of private security associate degree students and private security personnel, who take the etiological features of crime with various course contents, towards the criminal and to reveal the differences between them. Therefore, the study tries to reveal the differences in the etiological acquisition of the crime and the attitude towards the criminal. In this context, a full count of private security groups studying and working at Adıyaman University was carried out and the "Scale of Evaluation of Perception Towards Criminals", the reliability and validity of which was tested before, was applied. The results of the findings were analyzed according to the hypotheses created. While there was no significant difference according to gender in these analyzes, it was determined that there were significant differences according to age, education level and the institution where private security training was received. In this context, it has been concluded that the reason for these differences is related to the curriculum courses in which the etiological features of the crime are taken.
