Abstract
Günümüzde kaleme alınan önemli tefsirlerden birisi de Kuzey Irak’ın çağdaş liderlerinden biri olan Ali Bâpîr’in kaleme aldığı Tefsîru’l-Kur’âni’l-aliyyi’l-mübârek adlı eserdir. O bu eserde hem nesih, İsrâliyyât, esbâb-ı nüzul, Mekkî, Medenî gibi ulûmu’l-Kur’ân’a, hem de Kur’an tefsirine dair açıklamalarda bulunmuştur. Kürtçe olarak yazılmış olan bu tefsirin ilim tâliplerine Arapça olarak tanıtılmasının uygun olacağı kanaatine varmış bulunuyoruz. Biz bu çalışmada müfessirin diğer tefsirlerden ve klasik kaynaklardan nasıl yararlandığını, çeşitli konulardaki görüşlerinin ne olduğunu, benimsediği görüşleri desteklemek için hadislerden nasıl yararlandığını, Kitab ve sünnete aykırı gördüğü yaklaşımlardan uzaklaştığını ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Otuz ciltten oluşan tefsirinin ilk cilt cildiyle sınırladığımız bu çalışmamızda Fâtiha ve Bakara sûrelerinin tefsirini yaparken önce sûrenin genel tanıtımını yapmış, sûrede hangi konuların ele alındığını dile getirmiş, ardından konuyla ilgili muhtelif sorulara cevaplar vermiştir. Biz bu çalışmayla Ali Bâpîr’in ilmî şahsiyetini ilim dünyasına tanıtmayı ve tefsirinde takip ettiği rivayet ve reyle tefsiri mezcederek başvurduğu yöntemi ve sahip olduğu ilmî değeri ortaya koymayı amaçlamış bulunuyoruz.

Abstract
Interpretation of the Most Blessed Qur’an is the interpretation of Sheikh Ali Bapiir. One of the contemporary leaders in northern Iraq. Who wrote and authored many books to service the Islam, and this interpretation is one of his most prominent works, in which he deals with the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an and the interpretation is printed, and he pondered on topics in which there have been many opinions since ancient times, such as copying and magic and the Israiliyyat and issues of the sciences of the Qur’an, the causes of revelation, the Meccan and the Madinan. we see, it is worth mentioning that we present it to students in Arabic, and explain in it how he was transfer from interpretations, and how he taken from valuable books, and began his opinion of what he wanted to say about it, and chose from the hadiths what his words would be documented with, and he left what some scholars held if he found that it contradicts the Qur’an and the Sunnah. The interpretation begins with the explanation of Surat Al- Fatihah, then Surat Al-Baqara, but before that he clarifies the surah in general which surah is it? And its position? And how many verses does the sure consist of, and what are the general outlines in it, and how are they? And he answers the questions so that this interpretation, which was originally in the form of educational and guiding lessons, has become a book for readers and students. In the end, the conclusion was where the researcher wanted to know the student’s personality of Sheikh Ali Bapiir and to shed light on his interpretation, his method and showing his scientific value.
