Abstract
Bu çalışmada gençlerin gençlik merkezlerindeki etkinliklere katılan bireylerin Gençlik Merkezlerine yönelik tutumlarını ölçmek için geçerli ve güvenilir bir beklenti ölçeği geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ölçek geliştirme sürecinde geniş bir literatür taraması yapılmış madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Spor bilimleri eğitimi ve gençlik liderlerinden alanlarında uzman olan kişilerin görüşleri doğrultusunda beklenti ölçeği taslağı oluşturulmuştur. Sorular 5’li Likert tipi şeklinde derecelendirilmiştir. Ölçek “kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle” gençlik merkezlerine üye 2053 gönüllü gence ulaşılmış ve ölçek uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerden yola çıkılarak yapılan AFA sonucunda 17 maddeden oluşan ve 2 faktörlü bir ölçek ortaya çıkmıştır. Açıklanan varyansın KMO değerinin ,95, Bartlett’s Sphericity testi p < 0,001 (x2: 21985,723; df :136; p :0,000 ) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ölçeğin Cronbach alpha değerleri; “duyarlılık” boyutunda ,92 “kişisel gelişim” boyutunda” ,88 ve ölçeğin tamamında ise ,94 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlara göre geliştirilen Gençlik Merkezleri Beklenti Ölçeği’nin (GMBÖ) 17 sorulu 2 faktörlü geçerli, güvenilir ve kullanışlı bir ölçek olduğu belirlenmiştir

Abstract
In this study ,it is aimed to develop a valid and reliable expectation scale towards to youth centers to measure the attitudes of young people,participating in the activities in youth center.During the scale development process,a huge literature review was conducted and an item pool was created.With the opinions of experts in the fields of sports science education and youth leaders,a draft of an expectation scale was created.The questions are graded as a five-point Likert type. The scale was reached by 2053 volunteer young people who were members of the youth centers by “easy sampling method” and the scale was applied.As a result of the explanatory factor analysis based on the data obtained,it emerged a 2 factors scale consisting of 17 items. The explaining variance of KMO value was determinedto be 95,Bartlett's Sphericity test p<0.001(x:21985,723;df:136;p:0.000).As a result of explanatory factor analysis,.Cranbach alpha values of the scale;it was found as sensitivity 92 as personal development 88 and 94 as a whole. It was determined that the Youth Centers Expectation Scale developed according to these results is a valid reliable and useful scale with 17questions and 2 factors.
