Abstract
Sürdürülebilir tasarım süreçleri ve proje yönetimi aşamaları, müşterilerin isteklerindeki değişiklikler, gelişen yöntemler ve proje sürecinde gittikçe artan farklı yorum ve kullanıcıların projeye katkı payları gibi münasebetler için değişliklere uğramış ve sürdürülebilirliğin proje yönetim süreçleri, proje geliştirme, değerlendirme, ön strateji ve iletişim türleri ihtiyacı ile karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Farklı alan ve zaman kısımlarında yer alan düzenlemelerde proje ekibi için hem sürdürülebilir proje sürecini hem de kullanıcıların arasındaki bu bilgi veri akışının pazarlama planlaması, koordinasyonun zorunlu ve gerekli olduğu görülmüştür. Mimarlık ve inşaat sektöründe diğer disiplinlerden adapte edilen pek çok yöntem olmasına rağmen her bir mimari tasarım proje sürecinin kendine özel ve karmaşık özelliğe sahip olması sebebi ile henüz bu konu tam anlamıyla onaylanmamış ve gelişmiş bir sürdürülebilir mimari tasarım süreci ve proje yönetimi süreci metodu oluşturulamamıştır. Dolaysıyla projede zamanlama, iletişim, koordinasyon ve yönetim mekanizmaları, isteklerin karşılıklı ve aynı zamanlı çalışabileceği ve teklif verme yapabileceği ve süreci geliştirebileceği yeni süreç yöntem önerileri hakkında henüz yeterli araştırmalar bulunmamaktadır. Bu rapor, sürdürülebilir mimari tasarım proje yönetimi sürecini içeren mevcut literatürde yapılan analiz ve araştırmalarla bu çalışmalar önerilen yöntem ve yönetim teknikleri incelemektedir. Birleşmiş ve birleşmemiş odakları belirleyerek ileri çalışmalar için konu oluşturmayı amaçlamıştır.

Abstract
Sustainable design processes and project management phases, have faced changes in customer wishes, progressive methods and the increasingly different interpretations of the project process and the users' contributions to the project and project management processes of sustainability, project development, evaluation, with the need of pre-strategy and communication types. Regulations in different areas and time segments have shown that both the sustainable project process for the project team and the marketing planning and coordination of this information data stream between users are compulsory and necessary. Although there are many methods that are adapted from other disciplines in the architecture and construction sector, each architectural design project process has not yet been fully approved, and therefore an advanced sustainable architectural design process and project management process method has not been developed yet because it has its own unique and complex feature. So far, there has not yet been enough research on the timing, communication, coordination and management mechanisms in the project, the proposal of a new process method in which requests can work mutually and simultaneously, and bidding and process development can be done.
