Abstract
İbn Ebî Zi’b tebe-i tabiîn dönemi âlimlerindendir. Döneminin önemli muhaddisi ve fakihlerden biridir. Medine’de kabul görülen üç alimden biri olarak zikredilir. Bu dönemde Medine bölgesinde hadisleri ilk tasnif edenlerden sayılır. Kendisine Kitabu’s-Sünen isimli bir eser nisbet edilir. Hadis kaynaklarında çok sayıda rivayeti bulunuyor. Bu dönemde hadisler, sözlü ve yazılı olarak alınıp naklediliyorlardı. İbn Ebî Zi’b’in rivayet ettiği bazı hadislerin sonraki kaynaklara ulaşan tarikleri incelendiğinde onların arasında sadece manayı etkilemeyen bazı farklılıkların olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu durum onun da dönemin tahammül ve edâ usulüne uygun davrandığı şeklinde yorumlanabilir. Kendisinin ve kendisinden sonraki ravilerin kitap sahibi olmaları da bunu teyid etmektedir. Bu makalede bu hususlar üzerinde durulmuştur.

Abstract
Ibn Abu Zi'b is one of scholar among successors of successors of Companions of Prophet (tebe-i tabi'in). Heis of the prominent mıhaddith of his era. He is mentioned as one of three scholars who was accepted in Madina. In addition, he is counted as one of the fırst who classifıcate the hadiths. A work called Kitab al-Sunen is attributed to him. Aslo, lost of his narrations take place in hadith sources. At that period of time, hadiths used to be narrated and transmitted verbal and written. Some hadiths narrated by Ibn Abu Zi'b, transmitted by later hadiths sources with different chains of transmitters. When these hadiths are analysed, it is identified that only a few variations which do not differentiate the meaning are existed. Therefore, it might be interpreted that he narrated in accordance with the manner of conveying and performance of that time. This interpretation is supported by that later narrators and himself had their own books. In this article, we are going to touch on these subjects.
