Abstract
Bu araştırmada, örgütlerde nepotizm ve önem kavramı ele alınmıştır. Bu anlamda nepotizmin tanımı, örgütlerde nepotizm, farklılıklara göre birbirleri ile iç içe girmiş sosyal kuralların önemi, çıkar çatışmaları, biçimsel örgüt başlıkları altında Birincil(Kamu Kurumları), İkincil( Özel sektör), Üçüncül (Sivil toplum) örgütlerde nepotizmi etkileyen nedenleri ele alınıp, çalışma yaşamıyla ilişkilendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu kavramlardan yola çıkılarak örgütlerde nepotizm etki işleyişi açısından bazı çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
In this study, it was discussed the nepotism and concept of importance in organizations. In this sense, the definition of nepotism, nepotism in the organizations, the importance of social rules were intertwined with each other based on differences, conflicts of interests, under formal organization headers, primary (Public Institutions) secondary (private sector), tertiary (civil society) be discussed in the reasons of nepotism in the organizations, It was studied to be associated with working life. Evolving out of these concepts has been inferred some implications for the nepotism impact functioning in organizations.
