Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı; bir mülteci kampında kalan Suriyeli mültecilerin anksiyete ile depresyon durumlarını saptamak ve etkileyen faktörleri incelemektir. Tanımlayıcı tipteki araştırmanın evrenini, Şanlıurfa Akçakale Mülteci Kampı’ndaki 18 yaş üstü 27.000 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Küme örnekleme kullanılarak, her bir alandan basit rastgele yöntemle seçilen toplam 450 kişi çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Kesitsel olan çalışmada, katılımcılarla 24 Ocak-01 Şubat 2014 tarihleri arasında yüzyüze görüşülerek veriler toplanmıştır. İstatiksel değerlendirmede, Bağımsız Örneklem t-Testi ve One Way Anova Testi kullanılmıştır. Mültecilerden 87kişide(%19’3’ü) şiddetli anksiyete belirtileri görülürken; 40kişide(%8,9’u) şiddetli depresyon belirtileri vardır. Mültecilerin sigara içmesi, savaşta şiddet görmesi, uyku sorunu yaşama, savaş sonrası bir hastalığa yakalanmasıyla anksiyete ve depresyon puanları arasında istatiksel anlamlı fark görülmüştür. Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine anxiety and depression cases in Syrian refugees that live in a refugee camp and to examine the factors that affect them. Population of descriptive research consists of 27.000 people that are over the age of 18 in a Refugee Camp in Akçakale Şanlıurfa. Totally 450 people chosen from each field with a random method by using cluster sampling method were incorporated into the study. In the cross sectional study, it was met face to face with participants between 24th January- 01t February 2014 and data was collected. In the statistical evaluation, Independent Sample t-Test and One Way Anova Test were used. When strong anxiety indications were seen in 87people(19,3%) of refugees, in 40people(8,9%) there were strong depression indications.
