Abstract

Women's issue in Buddhism, is a matter of that needs to be addressed and evaluated in many ways. Among these subjects; the place and position of women in Sakyamuni Budda's doctrine of the middle way, the role of women in the sacred texts and how much space is given, the perception of women belonging to members of Buddhist clergy Sangha how women can achieve salvation, social and religious status of women it is possible to count issues such as society's view of women. Evaluating and the topics mentioned above individually will exceed the scope and limitations of this study. Therefore, the work will be limited to the point of view of women in Sakyamuni Budda and the sacred text centered tendencies and the formation stages of Sangha organization. However, the subject matter in terms of the integrity of the study, in the case of the latter, it will be generally assesment.
