Abstract

In the recent organizational structure centered on the human element, the ability of the organization to sustain its continuity efficiently has become directly related to its employees' commitment to the organization. Employees who decide to leave or stay in the organization according to the relationships they develop with their organization are affected by some factors in making this decision. One of these elements is organizational communication satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate to what extent this degree of satisfaction is related to the level of organizational commitment. For this purpose, a total of 344 academic and administrative staff working at Uşak University were included in the study. In this context, a questionnaire consisting of communication satisfaction scale and organizational commitment scale was collected and analyzed in SPSS 22 statistics program. As a result of the study, it was understood that the organizational communication satisfaction of both academic staff and administrative staff was statistically positively correlated with the general levels of organizational commitment and in a meaningful relationship with the changing forces.
