Abstract

The family is the smallest brick in our society. The Family Foundation, which has an important role in the continuation of societies and the upbringing of future generations, has taken its natural place as a separate field in the legal system. The main issues of family law are participation, the terms and conditions of marriage, the terms and consequences of divorce, property regulations, family residency, grandchildren, adoption, custody, the child's right to support the child, guardianship, guardianship, legal advice, and child support. Although women's and children's rights are a separate area of inquiry in themselves, they fall within the content of family law. The Iraqi Family of 1959 and 188 is related to a simple explanation that forms the basis of the Family Law No. 1959 of 188, all the amendments made and the work of the family
