In this study, the images and typography used by Mengü ERTEL in theater posters will be examined. Why are poster designs important for theater plays? By answering the question, the importance of image and typography used in poster designs in reaching and perceiving the audience will be emphasized. In this study, the design examination of the theater posters made by Mengü ERTEL will be conducted according to the poster evaluation criteria and results and suggestions will be created and a world of scientific and visual perception will be created to shed light on the researches on this subject. This work; Keşanlı Ali Epic, Mad Ibrahim, Confirms, King of Goals, and Lion Soldier Şvayk are limited to the examination of theater posters. The reason for this limitation is that the poster designs of Mengü ERTEL consist mainly of theater posters.
