The scale was reached by 2053 volunteer young people who were members of the youth centers by “easy sampling method” and the scale was applied.As a result of the explanatory factor analysis based on the data obtained,it emerged a 2 factors scale consisting of 17 items. The explaining variance of KMO value was determinedto be 95,Bartlett's Sphericity test p<0.001(x:21985,723;df:136;p:0.000).As a result of explanatory factor analysis,.Cranbach alpha values of the scale;it was found as sensitivity 92 as personal development 88 and 94 as a whole.
