Abstract
In the international community, the most recent fear has been the phenomenon of terrorism. Terror has a history of 2000 years, but has survived to the present day with structural changes. Terror, which includes organized and systematic actions, has political aims. Especially in the globalizing world, terror has its share in the pie. The organization has expanded its structures, increased its scope of activities and managed to influence the whole world with its actions. Globalizing terror has also diversified. One of these terror types is nuclear terrorism. Nuclear terrorism involves threats such as the risk of attacks and sabotage on nuclear facilities, the illegal acquisition of nuclear materials, and the creation of contaminated bombs with processed nuclear materials. In the light of all this information, we will examine and analyze the building blocks of terrorism, nuclear terror risks, initiatives and international cooperation steps.
