Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of employees in the banking sector about organizational justice and intention to leave job. In this context ,the questionnaire form which was prepared fort he research was applied between January 2019 - March 2019 by 147 employees with face to face questionnaires in 3 large scale banks ( 2 private, 1 state bank ) and 9 central branches located in Izmir province. Factors related to organizational justice and intention to leave job as a result of the research were found to be highly significant by bank employees. The correlations between the factor in organizational justice are positive and moderate level. However, the correlations between organizational justice factors and the factor of intention to leave job were determined to be insignificant. On the other hand, it was also determined that the managers paid more attention to the work factor determined in terms of organizational justice than other employees. In addition, the fair distribution of rights for human resources constitutes the justice dimension that is taken care of by bank employees in the first place.
