Abstract

Today, SMM (Social media marketing) is rapidly gaining popularity, and social networks are taking an active part in their daily lives by taking all the leisure time of consumers. Consumers search, select and buy their interests through the Internet. Thanks to these inevitable habits, the selling companies have to keep up with the times and be in the same environment as the customer. To gain consumer loyalty and attention, they must be modern and meet the needs of modern times. The aim of the study is to reveal the role of SMM as a tool in promoting product or service over the internet. Another aim of the study is to examine the applicability of SMM tools. The subject of the study is consumer behavior in social media in the context of the formation of content strategy. Scientific innovation consists in proving theoretical proposals and analytical and methodological validation of modern tools in SMM structure.
