Abstract

In today's competitive environment, attracting the attention of consumers, raising turnovers and bringing consumer satisfaction to the top are the most important factors for businesses. In order to meet these requirements, it is necessary to use the activities in the retail sector as ongoing and fluent activities. By making campaigns and promotions, it is necessary to turn the sale into a center of attraction. If consumers are satisfied with the products and services they receive, they instill confidence in both themselves and their environment. Small household appliances are always needed. Consumers are encouraged to buy the products they trust, and this is always supported by promotions. In this thesis, it was researched how the sales promotions effected the satisfaction of the consumers in this product group and the subjects such as consumer needs, sales promotions and consumer satisfaction were examined.
