Abstract

Güre Village Mosque, located in Güre Village, which is one of the central district villages of Uşak province, has not survived in its original appe-arance until today. In the mosque used with square planned sanctuary, the narthex located in the north of the sanctuary and the annex unit attached to the north of the narthex, the cover of the sanctuary was replaced as a wooden ceiling. Despite the replacement of the cover system, the building drawing at-tention with its original stone and parallel brick masonry on its body walls, it differs from mosques in the city center and in other districts. In the mosque, which is also important for its clean cut stone material used in the parallel ma-sonry as body walls, brick masonry of minaret body also attracts attention as another characteristic which differs from other buildings in the city. For this reason, it is aimed to advertise the Güre Village Mosque, which is in the central district of Uşak, along with its plan and photos, and to introduce it to the science world.
