In recent years, the society in which people live called to be network society. The network society that has developed rapidly in less than twenty years and whose impact is seen worldwide is accepted by people at the same rate. In human history, this situation is a surprising process because the fundamental social changes and acceptances has taken place in a painful and delayed manner. Societies are resistant to the change of the structures in which they exist, and this resistance obscures the social transition periods. However, the transition to the network society has been fast and incomparably faster than the other social transition periods in history and has been accepted enthusiastically by almost all social stratum.
