Considering the ecological features of Carparis Spinosa L. plant, the soil which had taken before was sentenced to various analysis. Beside the soil analysis, the maps of area usage, avarage temperature and rainfall were used. These drawings were turned into the maps which indicate the distribution of erea usage,avarage temperature,totall rainfall,clay, sold, calcium,potassium and phosphor (raster, Arc GIS 10.1,) through use of analysis converversion tools (Polygon To Raster). These produced distributions were superposed to re-classification (Reclass, Arc GIS 10.1) through spatial data analysis (Spatial Analyst Tools, Arc GIS 10.1). After all these studies, 226725 square meters area (forestry & non-agricultural) which is suitable for growing Carparis Spinosa L. plant in Uşak province were determined. In the introduction, the ecological and economical features of Carparis Spinosa L. plant is explained through a view of literature. In the findings and discussion section, the whole process is explained in detail and balance of income and expenditure for growing Carparis Spinosa L. plant is calculated. In the conclusion, the contributions of growing Carparis Spinosa L. plant for the erea are discussed.
