Why does a human need a language other than a mother tongue? In this article we examine on these questions, we will talk about the shortest term of foreign language as content, the areas of need, and the tactics of teaching and easy learning. English language has been accepted by almost everyone in our country since the beginning of the second year of primary school. What about German? German as a Second Foreign Language in Anatolian High Schools since 2002, widely used and the need for instructors has increased. Nevertheless, the Turkish people didn’t adopt their learning in English. Why foreign language is required? Is it easy to learn a second foreign language after one? In this article, foreign languages will be briefly examined. But German will be examined further.
