Abstract

As the research made in Turkey related to teacher training in this research it was investigated by the comparative education system. This research starting from the teacher training system in Turkey has reached a critical point with the results evaluated in accordance with the positive and negative aspects. Research aims to eventually bring himself to more advanced levels of teacher training in the area of Turkey. Descriptive screening method was used in the study. Accordingly, in Turkey; The need to develop thematic quality assurance system for school school cooperation, education faculties faculty member number and that priority should be given to policies to improve the quality, pedagogic training programs improving the quality-oriented arrangements can be made, teacher training programs, quality can be evaluated periodically, as a measure of starting the teaching profession in Turkey only It was determined that cognitive and cognitive characteristics were tested in other countries and that social and economic status of teachers should be higher than OECD countries and that the status of the teaching profession should be higher than other professions. the end of a set of applications to be done s have been reached.
