Increasing the productivity of the enterprises by working at high performance levels of employees is a serious matter for managers. There are many organizational issues that directly affect the performance. One of these is organizational socialization. Organizational socialization is explained as the process of gaining knowledge and skills about the behavioral norms of the personnel who work in the enterprise as new personnel and can work in harmony with the working methods and with the other personnel. The problem of this research is whether the personnel who completed the organizational socialization process efficiently will have a higher performance level. In order to test this problem with sub-hypotheses, a survey was conducted on the personnel working in the bank enterprises operating in the city center of Elazığ. Face-to-face surveys were conducted with personnel and the data were tried to be obtained from the first hand. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS program. Correlation and regression tests were performed in these analyses. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that all of the sub-dimensions of organizational socialization had a positive effect on the performance of the employees.
