Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the views of teachers about the action plans in the 2017 - 2023 Teacher Strategy Paper. The Research is a quantitative research survey model. Action plans in the survey have been transformed into survey questions. This questionnaire was applied to 419 teachers in different branches of primary and secondary schools in Diyarbakır. The data were analyzed with SPSS 22 statistical program As a result of the research, it is seen that the teachers participated in the action plans in the 2017-2023 Teacher Strategy Paper.Participants have negative attitudes towards action plans that involve a mandatory system to evaluate teachers’ performance encompassing the activation of rotation system and examining teachers for per four year.
