Women, in a part of their lives, are exposed to violence by different people and a significant number of these women lose their lives. Turkey Statistical Institute (TSI), has carried out Research on Domestic Violence against Women in Turkey in 2008 and 2014. This study was carried out with the data obtained from Micro Data Sets of TurkStat 2014. The data included in the study were analyzed with SPSS Statistics Program. The women in the study were exposed to violence in Turkey are illiterate result of 11.7%. When examined in terms of violence, women are most exposed to social violence. Then, they were exposed to verbal and physical violence. Women with primary school education are exposed to sexual violence. It is determined that women who have doctoral level education are not exposed to violence in terms of economic, sexual and physical. As a result of the research, it has been determined that as women's education levels increase, there is a decrease in their exposure to violence.},author={Dilek ŞENEL},year={2018},journal={The Journal of Academic Social Science}}
