Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between high performance human resource practices (HPHRP), prokrastination (job postponement behavior) and job stress, and also to determine the effect of prochrastination on work stress. For these purposes, the data obtained from the questionnaires applied to 209 office workers working in Konya were analyzed through the SPSS program. In the analyzes, central tendency measures and descriptive statistics were used, correlation analysis was used to determine interrelationships between variables, and regression analysis was used to measure effectiveness. As a result of the research, it was determined that HPHRP had no significant relationship between procrastination and job stress, and the other aim of the study was statistically significant effect of prokrastination on job stress.
