The aim of the study is to identify the problems encountered by preschool te-achers in the adaptation process to the school and to develop solutions to the-se problems. The data of the study, which was conducted based on the met-hod of qualitative research methods, was realized in 2018-2019 education pe-riod with 15 teachers at Doruk Pre-School in Elazığ center during the adapta-tion week. The data of the study were collected by semi-structured interview form. The semi-structured interview form provided the researchers with an in-sight into the overall flow of the interview, as well as the interactions between the researcher and the additional questions asked.
