The original questionnaire is in English and consists 9 three-factor statements in total. In order to ensure the convenience, cohesion and language validity of the statements translated to Turkish, the questionnaire is finalized by taking opinions of linguists. After Turkish form of the questionnaire is applied to 186 athletes (team sports), structure validation the scale is done by factor analysis and as a result of the analysis it is determined that the scale translated into Turkish will consist 9 statements. It is concluded that every factor of (between 0.83 - 0.94) the questionnaire to determine the internal consistency of the questionnaire and the Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient is sufficient.
