Today, consumers are making selection and reservation transactions using intensely web sites of hotels or web sites offering information about hotel selection. There are simple choices and comparisons in the web sites for hotel selection, such as whether there is a choice for consumers and whether it is increasing / decreasing. In this study, a PHP-MYSQL-based decision support system using the Topsis method was developed and implemented to make it easier for consumers to make decisions. The developed Decision Support System allows the consumers to define, increase, decrease the criteria for hotel selection and define, increase, decrease the alternatives. In practice, the criteria for evaluating 140 hotels and hotels in the Antalya region were obtained from their web sites.
