The sample group was made up by 202 football referees who worked in the 3rd region. A survey of 3 parts was used as data collection tool. The first part of the survey covered 5 questions about the personal information of the referees; Job Stress Scale developed by Cohen and Williamson (1988) was used in the second part; Job Satisfaction Scale developed by Hacman and Oldham (1980) was used in the third part. t-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis were used in order to test the hypothesis of the research. As the results of the research; there was not any significant difference between job stress and job satisfaction levels of the football referees in terms of sex, marital status and educational status.
