Abstract

The concept of responsibility has existed since the earliest periods of history with human beings. People are responsible for all kinds of things that happen because of their behavior. Today, this applies to all people, institutions and governments as well as to all people. People have various responsibilities towards the communities they live in. Collecting is considered a social responsibility of each if they are found in behaviors that are useful. Especially after the 1990s, the concept of social responsibility is being considered in the institutional context. Society expects institutions to engage in behaviors that provide collective benefit and to do so within the framework of ethical rules. With this study, social responsibility can be summarized as a comprehensive consideration of the effect that public institutions and various businesses will have on the public before deciding. In other words, it is aimed to draw attention to the obligation of institutions to carry out activities aimed at increasing and protecting the prosperity of the society as well as their own interests.
