Abstract

This study deals with the concept of audience representative, one of the elements of auditing in mass media. At this point, it is aimed to determine whether the audience representative in the television channels fulfills their functions. The series, which was broadcasted on national television for at least two seasons and will form a negative example in its composition, constitutes the universe of work. Within this scope, New Bribe, Lady Fazilet and Daughters, Love and Blue, Bandit do not become ruler to the Earth series constitute the sample of the study. Within the scope of the study, screening research method was used. At this point, the audience representatives of the TV channels broadcasting the related series are notified by e-mail about the issues that constitute the issues that do not correspond to the basic building blocks of the society and which constitute negative examples and make necessary arrangements. No feedback has been taken on any of the end-of-project television channels. At this point, it is reached that the audience representatives of the television channels can not actively function.
